Abs runners   

For anyone that wants to improve their 
running with like minded people in a 
fun, social environment.

The weekly sessions are great for those that have completed the beginners course and for those that can run a little but would like the support of a coach.  The sessions will be informal and people can run at their own pace.  We will ensure you work hard but most importantly have fun!  

We meet on Saturdays at 8am and Wednesdays at 8pm at Dacorum Athletics track. To book go the booking page and go to Abs runners section.
