What do I wear?

Wear what you feel comfortable in, but please wear layers so you can take them off as you get hot! You will be surprised how quickly you warm up even if it's a bit colder outside. Please ensure you wear sports trainers rather than plimsolls or fashion trainers. Footwear without proper cushioning or support can lead to injury. We are happy to answer any questions about footwear before the first session. Please bring with you some water and a bum bag (if you have one) to put your keys and phone in.
