My name is Michelle
I have 4 children now all grown up
I am currently on chapter 50
my journey with fitness has been like most mums of the past , i say that as i see news mums being more active these days in pre natal and post natal which i applaud .
but i do recognise not all mums or women have this opportunity.
I was a mum at home , bringing up my children feeling at times exhausted, it was so easy to stay on the sofa , but now my life has changed through fitness.
Fitness for me at first was about just getting trim and having more energy , the gains are endless .
It has had such an impact as i have recently started going through the menopause.
I feel being active has made this next stage manageable but of course still challenging as we learn and experience these new emotions and changes to our bodies.
I know those first steps into fitness can seem daunting but we have all been there & understand
You have to change your mindset
To yes "I can do this"
I do believe that fitness is my medication , as it has so many positive factors .
